Plot: Asleep in a drafty bedroom, young Ralph Phillips dreams of his future. He envisions becoming an astronaut, becoming a millionaire, and touring the world. But a large, black shadow, representing military service, looms over this dream of adulthood. To counter this bleak figure, a pixie-like army man, Willie N. List, enters Ralph's dream to depict military life in a favorable way.
