Plot: On an isolated island live two sisters. One is a successful but reclusive writer called Viola Ge, who lives with her domineering sister. Deeply self-conscious of a surface flaw that her sister is quick to harp on, she hides herself inside away from the outside world with the curtains drawn. That is, until a determined male fan literally swims to the island to meet her, and in doing so, inadvertently forces her to confront her shame and truly live again.
