Plot: What appears to be treaty-breaking by Indians is really a plot by rancher Kilgore to mine silver on Indian land. The mountain he wants is sacred to the Indians. In the Old West, six Texas Rangers ran into a gang of vicious thieves. By the end of the encounter, only one of the Rangers would survive due to the efforts of a kind native American called Tonto. From then on, the Lone Ranger would don the legendary mask to avenge his fallen comrades.
