Plot: Wanted for murder, Track Ames is now posing as Dan Lane. Just as he is about to become an outlaw and rob the stage, Burk and his gang beat him to it. But he is able to catch the stage and save the gold by holding off the gang until the Sheriff arrives. He is made town Marshal, but trouble arises when Burk, knowing he is a wanted man, arrives in town.
