Plot: The Fallen takes place over the course of the war with the Dominion. The Dominion, an alliance of shape-shifters (The Founders), genetically engineered warriors (The Jem'Hadar), and a race of treacherous clones (The Vorta) has invaded the Alpha Quadrant and allied with the Cardasians, a passionate race of resource-hungry politic-driven military experts, and have declared war with anyone who rejects their presence. You play as Captain Sisko, Major Kira, or Commander Worf as you fight the Dominion and battle the Pah-Wraiths, enemies of the Bajoran Prophets. In this game you play though events from the final season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. In the later half of DS9'S season six we were re-introduced to the Pah Wriaths...witness this chapter of the battle between the Pah Wriaths and the Prophets as you battle to control the Red Orbs which will open the Pah Wraiths temple and bring about Armageddon.
