Plot: The ruthless Robert Masterson hates the people of Beverly Hills: although they accept his money for their benefit funds, they won't accept him. When his girlfriend Laura humiliates him by leaving an event with football star Terry "Boomer" Hayes, he decides to pay them back: he feigns a traffic accident with a truck full of poison gas and has the whole district evacuated. In the absence of the inhabitants he has a gang of ex-cops pillage their houses. But he didn't reckon with Boomer and the shy cop Kelvin.
