Plot: Somewhere in Middle America, 1907: Maria II, the daugther of an Irish terrorist, meets after the dead of her father Maria I, the singer of an circus. She decided to stay with the circus. On her debue as a singer, she accidently invented strip-tease, that made the circus famous. But accidently they meet an sozialist revolutionair and finding themselves leading this revolution against the dictaor, the capitalists and the church. The former Irish terrorist Maria II joins the vaudeville act of the Frensh singer Maria I in Middle America in 1907. During their first performance on stage they invent - per chance- strip tease and come to local stardom. When they come across a local rebellion, Maria I falls in love with the leader Flores. When he is deadly wounded, she promises him to continue the revolution against millitary, capitalists and the church. Things start well, but suddenly the have problems with the church.
